In the event that you enter in the blank field the message of the data likely to be qualified as “sensitive data” with regard to the applicable regulation, you agree explicitly, by clicking on the button of sending of the form, that PHIMECA Engineering can receive these data and treat them in order to answer you.

As these rights are purely personal and can therefore only be exercised by the person concerned themself. Please attach to your request, in addition to the legitimate reasons for it, a copy of your identity document. This will not be kept longer than the time required to verify your identity.
7.1 Access rights
You can access your personal data processed by PHIMECA Engineering. In the event of a request, PHIMECA Engineering will provide you with a copy of your personal data as well as information relating to the processing of your personal data by PHIMECA Engineering (purposes of the processing, categories of addressees, duration of storage of personal data, etc.).
7.2 Right to data portability
For those of the processing operations listed in article 2 above, which have, as a legal basis your consent or the execution of a contract to which you are a party, you also have the right to the portability of your personal data.
This right differs from the right of access to personal data insofar as (i) it concerns only the data that you have provided to PHIMECA Engineering and (ii) it makes it possible to obtain these data in a structured and machine-readable format.
The right to the portability of the personal data of the person concerned also opens up the possibility of their being passed on to another data manager of your choice, provided that this is technically possible.
7.3 Right of rectification
You may request to correct your personal data if they prove to be inaccurate, incomplete or obsolete.
7.4 Right to erasure
You may request that your personal data be deleted in the following cases:
- If your personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or are processed,
- If you have withdrawn your consent to the processing of your personal data, provided that your prior consent was the legal basis for their collection and processing and that there is no other legal basis for it,
- If you have objected to the collection or processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 7.5 below,

- If your personal data must be deleted for PHIMECA Engineering to comply with a legal obligation placed on it, or
- If you were a minor at the time of collection of your personal data. For this last case and provided that you are a minor at the time of the request, the holders of the exercise of the parental authority can also formulate a request for deletion of your personal data to PHIMECA Engineering.

7.5 Right to object
Subject to a legitimate justification related to the particularity of your situation, you can oppose to any processing of your personal data when your personal data are processed on the basis of the necessity of this processing for the execution of a mission of public interest or the pursuit of the legitimate interest of PHIMECA Engineering or a third party.
You can also always object, without obligation of reason, to the processing of your personal data when it occurs for prospecting purposes.
7.6 Right to restrict processing
You may request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in the following cases:

You can indicate to PHIMECA Engineering directives concerning the processing of your personal data after your death.

For all the processing, among those listed in article 2 above, having as legal basis your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time, without having to justify it to PHIMECA Engineering.
7.9 Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
You finally have the right to introduce a complaint relative to the processing of your personal data implemented by PHIMECA Engineering to the competent control authority.
