Eco’llectif: news
The Eco’llectif association in Bois-Joli (Cournon d’Auvergne) organised a meeting with SMTC-AC, represented by Frédéric Cambourieu, to discuss the introduction of an employer mobility plan (PdME) for the Zenith business centre and surrounding area. The aim of this initiative is to enable small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to benefit from a PdME similar to those offered to large companies, by bringing together several SMEs within the association.
Six companies from the area, totalling around 200 employees, took part in the meeting: Since&CO, Ideum, Periscope, Clesse Industries, Inoprod and Phimeca.
The main objective was to present the PdME in detail, as well as the diagnostics and action plans to be put in place within each company.
The participants showed great enthusiasm for the implementation of the PdME. The next stage will be to determine each company’s level of commitment to the PdME, and to draw up a general agreement for the entire Bois Joli area, in partnership with the Eco’llectif association.
An appeal will be launched to invite other companies to join the association so that they can benefit from the PdME in the Bois Joli area.
